Little Rocket & Unity4
Little Rocket, a 100% First Nations owned and operated creative
agency based in Naarm (Melbourne), partnered with Unity4, an established contact centre services company, to create a unique value proposition. Together, they developed the first contact centre service provider owned and operated by a First Nations business, specifically designed to drive employment and career paths for First Nations communities.
Founders John Burgess (Gurindji) and Mark Vaughan initiated this joint venture with a vision to provide flexible and rewarding work opportunities to First Nations communities. Recognising the significance of employment, career development, sustainability, and social procurement targets, they were inspired to make a positive impact.
Unity4, with its impressive track record in deploying contact centre services for organisations globally—including recent success in New Zealand—sought a partner to deliver the same service value in Australia. This time, they wanted to focus on creating pathways for success in First Nations communities.
Little Rocket’s mission is to support communities, especially in remote locations, where job opportunities are limited. They understand the importance of jobs and flexibility in sustaining communities and are dedicated to making a difference.
Together, Little Rocket and Unity4 are joining forces to champion the strength and resilience of First Nations communities through contact centre services, fostering opportunities, and driving positive change from within.
